FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the return policy?

We do not offer a returns policy. If we have made a mistake with the engraving, we will replace the item free of charge; there is no need to send the old item back. Unfortunately, any issues with supplied engraving and ordered tag sizes are not covered under returns.

Are any purchases final sale?

Once orders have been placed, they can not be changed or cancelled. Please ensure you have the correct size selected and double-checked the engraving details.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders are shipped the next working day and on a 48-hour service within the UK.

Where are your products manufactured?

Unlike many companies, we design our own products and have them made for us in the UK, using local UK companies. Washers are from UK suppliers, and we run them through 2 days of processing before they are ready to engrave.

How much does shipping cost?

UK shipping is via Royal Mail 48-hour Tracked Service. The price is £3.00 per order. International shipping costs £13.00, and the USA requires a 10% duty payment and a £1.00 processing fee for the duty payment.
