All our clasps use a 1.5mm hex key for the grub screws. Every order that uses a grub screw will include a standard hex key. All our clasps, o-rings and fittings are made from stainless steel. Our Hex Locks are the only ones on the market made from stainless steel. They may be purchased from other companies, but we supply them.
The grub screw must be checked regularly to ensure it has not come loose.
We do not offer a returns policy. If we have made a mistake with the engraving, we will replace the item free of charge; there is no need to send the old item back. Unfortunately, any issues with supplied engraving and ordered tag sizes are not covered under returns.
Once orders have been placed, they can not be changed or cancelled. Please ensure you have the correct size selected and double-checked the engraving details.
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders are shipped the next working day and on a 48-hour service within the UK.
Unlike many companies, we design our own products and have them made for us in the UK, using local UK companies. Washers are from UK suppliers, and we run them through 2 days of processing before they are ready to engrave.
UK shipping is via Royal Mail 48-hour Tracked Service. The price is £3.00 per order. International shipping costs £13.00, and the USA requires a 10% duty payment and a £1.00 processing fee for the duty payment.
